Payment Options

Refund Process

For Stripe (Card) Payments:
Refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment. Processing time depends on your bank and usually takes around 5–10 working days.

For Manual Bank Transfers:
Approved refunds will be transferred back to your bank account within 5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the item is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Order Issues & Returns

All items sold are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The bottle arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.

All refund or replacement requests are subject to review and approval by management, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Delivery Charges

Some products may require extra care during delivery and could incur additional handling fees. If applicable, we will inform you in advance before processing your order.
